Philip Scheffer

Philip is a Lead Rioter and creator hailing from Porter Ranch, California. For the last few years, Phil worked with an awesome bunch of people at BuildingGreen. Now he’s a full time rioter.

Philip’s skills include but are not limited to: PHP (Drupal, Word Press), ColdFusion, Javascript (jQuery, Prototype), Really Nice CSS, Semantic (ugh.) HTML, Cross Browser Compatibility, Web and Print Design and Illustration.
